  All transactions are non- refundable due to the fact that we operate with natural ingredients, exchanges and return for opened products are not refundable. Store credit may be offered in any means of returning unopened and unused products.

*all return labels must be purchased  to send back any goods to our lab. if any products are opened and arrived broken or uncared for your claim for store credit may be less than your original store credit.
